This product is a little bigger then i thought which isnt a big deal. I have had one problem with this i have an ipod toucha and htc snap i would like to charge at the same time. to do this u have to plug both usb cables at the same time (as fast as u can). But its cheap it works. I would rate it 4 stars i have already taken it on the go.

I have not had it long, but find much use with it. I have three Ipod, mp3 players and it is so useful to be able to charge them without my computer. It even holds a stored charge so that it can charge enroute without being plugged in—GREAT IDEA. the best!

I needed another way to charge mp3 players and phones. This is great for charging two at once. Battery backup is nice for a few extra charges during power outages and travel. Very handy and solid.

I use a golf GPS app on my iPhone and after shutting down most of the phones functions I hit the dead battery mark after 13 holes. I tried the Mophie Juice Pack-Air which is a slick package but at $80 it only charged my phone to 80% and so back it went. The Encore gives me a 1 full charge with the phone starting at less than a 10% charge, has a replaceable battery, and only costs $12! I can run the iPhone with all functions on and walk off the course with a 75% charge still left. Yeah, the Encore is not built like a tank but who cares? It only costs $12 and it works!
